HansiBond® PU 3013 is solvent-free 2 -component adhesive based on polyurethane, used for the production of insulation materials for the transport of liquefied natural gas (LNG).
The product is suitable for bonding textile materials (FSB and RSB) and foam materials to each other or to grinded stainless steel.
Sizes available:
400 mL PE cartridge

others on request
The resin HansiBond PU 3013 contains compounds containing hydroxyl groups and mineral fillers. The hardener HansiBond® PU HD 8013 is based on isocyanates.
The system does not contain any halogenated or abrasive fillers. It hardens without visible shrinkage and is high-strength when cured. On request, the product can be adjusted and supplied with different pot lives via the resin component.
Processing
Filled resin components in single containers must be stirred before processing.
Optimum strength is achieved with uniform adhesive layer thicknesses of up to approx. 200 µm. When joining, it is essential to ensure sufficient contact pressure (presses, clamps, fixing device) so that the bonding surfaces are completely wetted by the adhesive.
Curing
The adhesive cures at a room temperature above 15 °C. The curing time can be reduced by heat curing up to 60 °C. The bonded component must remain fixed until the initial strength is reached. The final strength is reached after several days.
Storage and Shelf life
The product must be stored at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C. Moisture has a negative effect on resin and hardener. Therefore, both components must be stored in tightly sealed containers. Direct sunlight, heat, frost or moisture must be avoided. After opening the containers, the hardener in particular must be protected from moisture.
